If you book an later adr for breakfast around 11 is the food still fresh and plenty or are they getting ready for the lunch crowd and they do not refill?

Thanks so much.

We just booked this too...last seating for breakfast at 11 15 ..this appears to be a "new" character breakfast buffet, any reviews anyone, cant find any?
I dont think there would be a "food" issue.. just wandering abt character time etc...and being at this time, its more of a brunch which will get you thru dinner.
Thanks

We went in late November at a late breakfast seating (11:00). There was plenty of fresh breakfast food, and the waitress told us that we could try some of the lunch items on the buffett as well.

Character interaction was great. If anything, it was probably better because the breakfast crowd was emptying out and lunch wasn't quite in full swing. We had more of the characters to ourselves.

We ate breakfast early (8:15) our last trip. Of all the character breakfasts, this was our favorite. In our opinion, the food was far better than Chef Mickeys and there were a lot of food choices.

The characters were also great. Have a great time! :)

Thanks for your response. Sounds great! We can't wait for Playhouse Disney.

We ate there last year for a late breakfast. They changed half the buffet to lunch during our meal. So we ate a little of both. The characters were all nice to my DD and we had them as long as we wanted. It was not crowded at all. Just make sure your kid knows the characters JoJo's Circus or they may not like it.

Need some input...actually considering not doing a character breakfast now. Ava Grace will be 14 mths old....For sure next year...but not sure if she will really "connect" with the characters...she will, but I dont think she will think...hey, they are from Playhouse Disney...lol
We have ADR's at Ohanas for dinner and CG for dinner....so if I give this one up, we still have one left and DH and I can try something new, and save Character Dining for next trip....
Any suggestions? Thanks:)

WE LOVED the breakfast. Even my extremely picky father liked it. The food is the best of any buffett we have had so far. We have been to Breakfastasaurus and CM we enjoyed the food at Donalds and the Character interaction at CM (but the food was aweful!). We have yet to do CP though. (next trip!) We are repeating this on our sept trip. You cannot beat the character interaction. They do something (sind, dance games or train around the restaurant) every 15 minutes. And in between they walk around and actually play with the kids. June sat with us and colored with my stepdaughter. That was my favorite moment of the entire trip.
The funny part is that my step daughter was 9 and we were going to skip it. Just let my sister and her family go while we did something else. But that night DH got really really sick and he did not want tro go to any park that morning so we decided that we would join the others at breakfast. We were so glad that we did.
Have fun.

My son was 13months old when we did CP--he nearly LEAPT out of my arms to get to Pooh & pals. In fact, he was totally into all the characters except for Goofy. In Sept. he will be 2.5 and I think he'll be more afraid/overwhelmed than when he was younger. Be sure to pick a spot to take her picture each time you visit. We like the Mickey Totem at WL

Just back and we did the breakfast at around 10:30. Food was fine- not great just ok but you are there more for the entertainment I guess. My kids loved it. They all know jojo and goliath and even my 2 year old yelled for June. It is a dancing singing kind of noisy place. On the buffet we had- fruit salad, yogurt, muffins, bagels bacon.,sausage, hash browns, mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast pizza, and a frittata of some kind. oh and chocolate chip pancakes for the kids.

We had an 11:00 breakfast last month and found the food fresh and plentiful. Another great bonus: since the place isn't crowded (most tables are empty, waiting for the lunch hour), you get more time with characters!
