Hollywood & Vine breakfast vs lunch

We are OK with either Disney Jr or Minnie & Friends characters. We are trying to decide on a late breakfast (ends at 10:30) or early lunch (starts at 11:30). If we have a 10:20 reservation, do they stop replenishing the breakfast buffet to prepare for the lunch buffet?

When my kids were small, the breakfast character meals were the best. Hollywood & Vine breakfast food is much better than lunch.

We went for Dinner cause we wanted to have Mickey and his friends as the characters, my boys are all older now and wanted only Mickey !!
