I'm trying to figure out what day to go to Hollywood Studios on our upcoming September trip. We are taking our two little non-adventurous girls (ages 3 and 5), and Toy Story Mania is probably the only headliner we will ride at HS.
Easywdw says 9/24 is the most recommended day for HS, and touring plans gives it a 2/10 crowd level. I like the idea of being there when the crowds are smallest.
However, we could also go on 9/27 when there is an 8 am extra magic hour. It's not recommended on easywdw, and touring plans' crowd level is at 4/10. Since Toy Story Mania is our favorite, I thought if we got there early enough we could ride it during the extra magic hour. Then we have a Fastpass for later in the day so we could ride it again. I'm assuming many other people have this same strategy though. Is it super crazy at Toy Story Mania during the morning extra magic hour?
