Hollywood Studios Character Meet and Greets

We will be heading to Hollywood Studios on a crowd level 6 day. My kids would love the Buzz and Woody M&G, but I am having a terrible time figuring out what the wait time will be. Anyone know what the wait time would be at about 9:30 in the morning? I figure we would rope drop TSMM and then do the M&G, but I cannot figure out how long it will take.

Also, what about wait times on the other M&G's, like Lightning McQueen and Mike and Sully?

Never done the Buzz and Woody greet, but I think at 9:30 in the morning most people would probably be more interested in doing the popular rides first.
