Hollywood Studios and Fantasmic, how late do the rides stay open?

The Disney website says HS hours this week are 8:30am to 10pm, with 9pm and 10:30pm Fantasmic showtimes. So if the park closes at 10, and Fantasmic isn't ticketed like a normal After Hours event (so they can manage the crowds), how late do the rides stay open?? Or do you just have to be in line at 10pm for that last ride and then you get directed to leave once you get off? Just sounds weird to me that the park close isn't 10:30pm.

Be in line by 10pm to ride the rides for a 10pm closing time. Fantasmic is an outlier as they just need the amount of time to unload the 8pm showing / quick clean / bring in everyone. (and also firework reload)

Nighttime entertainment being scheduled after closing at some Disney parks isn't unusual.

The rides line close at park closing, just like always. Be in line at 9:59, because the line closes at 10pm.
