Hi all! Has any info been released for the first HS MM Event in 2025?

Today I was tying up loose ends for our Feb 2-8 trip. When new Moonlight Magic details were released in late 2024, it looked like we’d miss the HS event on Sunday Jan 26 by a week. Fortunately we had our first MM at AK in Nov 24 which helped take out the sting of missing HS.

Now I’m not sure? Maybe we will actually get a shot?

WDW has Sunday Feb 2 hours listed as 9a-9p;9p-1a. For Sun Jan 26 it’s just 9a-9p.

Where Hollywood Studios is listed on DVC’s Moonlight Magic page it says,

“Please check back later for registration information. Event and registration dates are subject to change.”

I'm right there with you, hoping for a move to Feb 2nd. Our trip is the 1st and it would be a welcome surprise!

I was hoping too (though that would’ve stunk for the people planning around Jan 26th).

Turns out it is this:



Dance competition is ending that day and they’ve reserved HS for a Celebration Party that night.

I would’ve loved to do Moonlight Magic at HS though! Hopefully one of these years lol.

Oh well. I do feel bad for the Jan 26 crowd. We are 18 days and still no info on registration? That seems like an oversight, but what do I know.

We are waiting on the MM at AK on Feb 12th. Fingers crossed that's not an oversight

Yeah hopefully these registrations open soon. It’s cutting it very close now.

Oct perhaps? We were there with some friends that our daughters go to school with. This time we plan on taking my wife's parents. We really enjoyed how relaxing it was being able to put the phone down for a few hours. Well, I enjoyed that since I'm the one doing all the "work" scheduling the rides

Exactly. So pleasant. No phone needed

- and no stress to get value out of an expensive party or after hours ticket lol. So enjoyable, like low crowds in the olden days.

I will be at the parks on 1/26 however not a DVC member. Is this after usual closing time or does the park close? Checked calendar for 26th and currently HS is showing open 9-9. Just wondering since I'm hopping and perhaps I should get to HS on an earlier day. Thanks!

The hours for the last MM event at HS were 9:30p-12:30a, but you could enter at 6:30p I believe. Same format for MM at AK, but 7p-10p and allowed to enter at 5p.

We did AK in November and LOVED it.

Having been to every park for MM since its debut, I would say AK was the best! We were there shortly after FOP opened and we did it, with family doing it multiple times later in the night. I did it once but I get dizziness on those screen rides, so once was enough for me.
