We are doing this charactor breakfast and my daughteer have custom outfits for all except this one do they sell anything with the charactors at the stores a tshirt thanks what do you dress the children in

Is it still Little Einsteins and JoJo's circus?

I have seen these character tshirts on disneyshopping.com.
I don't recall seeing anyone dressing up for this like they do at the other character meals.

I don't know if other kids dress for this character meal or not, but my dd just requested a "dress like June's" to wear when we go there, so I'll be looking for or making a simple purple dress with pink sash and red (?!) ballet type shoes. My daughter's hair is dark like June's and nearly the same length, so maybe June will recognize her "little self".
