Besides mickeys party at MK, what other holiday events are planned at all the parks?

I assume by "holidays" you mean xmas?

Epcot has the Candlelight Processional. HS has the Osborne Family Lights.

There's also the MK Holiday Parade and Holiday Fireworks.
There's the Minnie's Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine in DHS.

I'm hoping to see Santa Darth, Rudolph-Chewbacca, and Elf Yoda... but that might not be until next year (I hope )

Take time to resort hop for the holiday decorations. The storytellers and CP at EPCOT are not to be missed. Same with the Osbourne Lights at DHS.

There are also 2 tours offered during the holidays, The Yuletide Fantasy Tour and the Holiday D-Lights Tour.

There are the Sleigh rides at Fort Wilderness.

The Gingerbread houses at the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Beach Club, Yacht Club and Boardwalk (some may or may not happen each year but they have had them in the past).

Also at Epcot, there are different Santas/St. Nicks from around the world at the different WS pavilions...they're really great!! At least I hope they still do this!

By holiday, do you mean Christmas?
Holiday is anything "celebrated" in a calendar year or a vacation period in which one takes off from work.

EPCOT has Candlelight processional, Joyful Celebration, decorations around the park, characters in Christmas attire
MK has MVMCP, characters in Christmas attire, decorations around the park
AK does not have anything anymore that I can recall
DS has Osborne lights and the park is decorated
