Holiday Wishes or Illuminations

During our vacation in the world we will only have a chance to see one. We have seen the regular Wishes before (DH loves it) but never Illuminations. We will be there on Christmas Eve and wonder which should we see.

I am a Wishes fantatic and not really an Illuminations finatic at all. I loved Holiday Wishes but even with the good finale, it wasn't one of the "loud" finales. It was a group of shells that burst and then have multiple mini bursts, which light the sky but dont have a very deep loud finale sound.

I think the holiday Illuminations finale is just amazing!

I'd suggest to try to see both if you can as Holiday Wishes is about 20 minutes long (just under that) and the finale of Illuminations is less than 5 minutes I think. Talk about one heck of a finale though!

i voted for wishes cause i still can't get the song out of my head LOL. and we let WDW 12/10 go figure

I vote for Holiday Wishes. It is nice and the entire show is different from the regular wishes. I really enjoyed it!

The Holiday ending to Illuminations was nice too, but to me it just wasn't as spectacular as the whole Holiday Wishes program. It wasn't as synchronized and timed to the music like Wishes was, it was more like just a bunch of green/red/gold fireworks all at once. I thought it was a nice addition to the regular Illuminations, but the whole Holiday Wishes packed more of a punch for me.
