Holiday shows/parade schedule?

Is there somewhere online to find out the schedule for the holiday shows and parades? I've read through the holiday page on the US site but it doesn't seem to give very specific info.

I'm wondering about what days/times the Macy's parade is as well as what time the Manheim Steamroller concert on the weekend starts. Also, for those who have been, how early should you arrive for the evening concert?

Macy's parade is towards the end of the day and I think time varies on park hours for the day. I'm not sure about Manheim Steamroller.
