Lovely clothes and accessories, everyone!!!

I've just been catching up with Mandy's trippie and she's persuaded me to get some new bits and pieces before my DCL Med cruise in August...

Not that I need much persuading - my flight was delayed by 26 hours the other week so I bought (amongst other bits and pieces) this dress from Monsoon at LGW. TBH the picture really doesn't do it justice - it's gorgeous in the flesh...

I already had this top in a pink/orange option from Next and loved it so much on hols that I had to get the blue/grey version today...

I've also gone for this dress from M&S...

As a bonus, I got this bolero free when buying the above dress - which will definitely come in useful!!!

i dropped into the huge sainsburys by my work yesterday and they have the sales on
i brought a lime green sundress (for my dis meet with rachel) a lime green t shirt, khaki linen shorts and a black t and black shorts for £16!! dont say im not cheap
i went back in today and brought a "gypsy" white top with blue embroidery and some 3/4 linen trousers (yes, also lime green iim afraid for £11!!!
bargains!!
i too need to order some new bras from bravissimo, thats me shopped out!!

I have done a different kind of holiday shopping. I had my online appointment yesterday for my custom jewellery for the cruise. Unfortunately the webcam did not work, but we discussed it on Google Messenger and she sent me loads of photos along the way. I am so pleased with my jewellery.

the trousers I will probably wear on Friday ngiht Mandy. The shoes are for Saturday night and the shorts are for my holiday - wouldn't wear shorts in public in this country

My plan (which is subject to change), is to wear white cropped jeans and strappy top on the Friday evening, and my new Monsoon dress on the Saturday evening

To be fair, I can't wear heels like that - I'm probably going to break my neck at some point during the girly weekend

I can't wear big heels either Joh, but thanks to Nat's reminder yesterday, I've ordered some of those flat, twisty 'put in your bag' shoes for when any walking is needed to be done

Probably - I may even give in and buy myself some twisty shoes. My ibggest concern, though, is that we usually struggle to get everything in our handbags as it is without adding twisty shoes to the contents
