Lovely dresses Corinna. I agree with Katie, maybe a cream pashmina would work ::yes::

i was going to say dark gold, with old gold jewellery and gold shoes, but again may look like xmas decoration...
i love scarlett, but stick to black as a tonal colour

Not red and green - you'll look like a christmas decoration! What about black or white?

Ok, point taken. White does not really work for me. Black might be an option.

What about a cream one? Somewhere like Coast or Monsoon maybe?

Happy hunting :):goodvibes

def go cream ... or maybe silver :)

With cream I have the same concern as with white. Because of my grey hair and pale skin, I look very washed out if I wear those colours. This is why I tend to go for bright and bold colours.

I love the idea of gold. Not sure about the gold shoes, but can envisage myself with a gold Pashmina and gold jewellery.

Thanks for all your input. I think I have plenty of ideas for the red dress. Now I just have to come up with something for the Mink and purple dresses.

me!!
i hit asda.com and picked up some cheap disney t shirts for the kids and me, got some linen trousers from primark at £8 pair, such a bargain and they wash soooo well, have black, navy, mint, brown and pale blue lol, thats me sorted for work and hols!!
the linen shorts (with pockets) are £3 a pair, so have put those in black, brown and scarlett, cant go wrong for those prices... i know im cheap but after buying "nice" read expensive clothes and the kids getting ice crream down them , i now go cheap:rotfl:

i need to get to bravissimo for new under wear, and thats it!! im not buying anythingelse, kidds and dh have loads, i washed 48 new t shirts last weekend:rolleyes1
budget holiday??? i think not;)

I have done alot of shopping lately but haven't even got my camera home with me so can't take any photos.

Since being home I have had a some great buys from Oasis, Joe Browns, Next and Schuh. Dresses, casual and dressy tops, jeans, shorts, 2 pairs of sandals and I have only been home a fortnight. Lots of shopping days left but I need a whole new summer wardrobe for going back to Abu Dhabi.;)

No-one done any shopping lately?:flower3:

No I haven't done anymore shopping as I don't think my suitcase could handle 'one more top' :rotfl2::rotfl2: I've just been buying accessories like bracelets and flowers to take away with me :)

Are the flowers for your hair? I love that look!

Ooh, look at your ticker- your trip is so close!! :yay:

Yeah, they're for my hair and to pin onto clothes too. I always buy lots of accessories before I go on holiday, but then I forget to wear them :rotfl2:

I'm starting to get very excited Lauren ::yes::

I never have the courage to accessorize my hair... apart from the odd change in colour now and again :rotfl:

I have done loads of shopping - spent £££ in the Debenhams sale :cool1:, but NONE of it was really for holiday :sad2: , more for work/weekend wear. I wear jeans, t-shirts etc for work and dont like to wear the same clothes at the weekend, so went a bit mad and treated myself ;)

I still have all of last years holiday clothes that are just fine, and as we're not going until October its difficult to buy things now... even though when Oct comes around there wont be anything to chose from :headache:
(plus am hoping to lose a stone or so before we go, so hopefully another shopping trip on the cards then :goodvibes)

Happy shopping all

I have been bad again today. I bought new luggage. Somebody on our Cruise Meet Thread recommended Sub 0 G luggage as it is extremely lightweight. I have to make do with 20kg luggage for nearly three weeks in September and my existing suitcase weighs nearly 7kg empty. So I got a new suitcase and also a carry on bag.

I also made the mistake to go into Monsoon and two more dresses followed me home:
