What are the prizes? The Vmk Newsletter was a bit vague when it said toy soldiers and wreaths! Will they be the same ones that you can buy at emporium? Man I wish i hadn't moved from California! I used to live at DL!

There's a snowman (not the magic pin), a blue wreath, and I think a blue toy soldier.

I did this quest at WDW yesterday. They are actually still working the 'bugs' out of the quest as the answers that the VMK cast had were NOT the correct ones.

I'm at work at the moment and don't have the key with me, but I'll post tonight if no one has managed to.

I was just in Aeryn's Room and though the Quest says Golden Snowman he is just white looks like the one you get when you do magic but he is there all the time!

I saw a gold (or yellow) nutcracker/toy soldier guy in HOST_Phinny's game last night...someone asked where you get it and she said they are being used for prizes. That's probably part of the quest.

P.S. thanks Mal, I was not even aware of a new quest. If anyone gets the answers posted before next Saturday, that would be great! I could never find the answers on my own, just like the other quests.

Other information about the quests from the bottom of the WDW quest:

Quests are valid December 8, 2005 through January 2nd 2006 and there is a limit of once every 90 days.

Here is a pic of those quest items in Yavn's room. It includes both the white and gold snowmen. But no Yellow soldier.

We went to do the quest this evening and had a ball. It is hard because you are not just looking for a single answer and on HM and SW it is dark. I wished for a penlight!!
We actually got one of the SW answers wrong (#7 where you have to number all 8 holiday wishes in the order you see them) and even after explaining how dark it was and that my daughter is only 7, she was not going to give us that prize. She said we could redeem the other 2 prizes and try again (after waiting in a 45 minute line already). I told her fine, just redeem the 2 and we'll return to do SW again. Well just then her breaker showed up and she left and the new CM gave us all 3 cards, with a "Thank you for playing" ! So that was a nice ending. We also turned in 5 of our quest cards, so it was a nice vmk prize night. My kids were thrilled (and me too of course)

So Mal, do I post the answers here or send them to you to post on the stickee? Of course, I still don't know the complete answer for #7

I mentioned it in a post on this thread earlier. There were yellow soldiers in HOST_Phinny's game room (actually, VMK_Babs was the owner) and she said, when asked how to get them, that they are "sometimes used for prizes". I was guessing that maybe that is part of the Holiday quest prize.

About that pic of Yavn's room....what the heck is that big river ride looking round thing? Is that a new quest item too, or a test item?
