Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort - Anyone know?

Hi - I got a good rate on this hotel but before I book, I wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about it. My family will be there just one night before we check into Beach Club.
Is it walking distance to DTD? DisneyQuest?

I think Holiday Inn Sunspree is located on HWY 192 in the Maingate West area, in which case you won't be walking to DTD.

If you can avoid it I would. Stayed there 1 night in 1999 and it was very dirty and smelly. It really isn't worth staying there at any price !
