Holiday Inn Maingate East Kidsuite?

Anybody stayed here or have any stories/reviews?

I see that there's a $69 rate for when we're going in Oct--is it pretty far from Epcot?

HI-MGE is a nice hotel. Very clean (we've inspected it several times). There were some complaints about the rooms last year, but the issue was addressed by the hotel at the time, and we haven't heard anything else about it since. The KidSuites are standard rooms with an enclosed area for the kids. Usually includes bunk beds, tv, video game system.

As far as it's proximity to Epcot, the hotel is on Hwy 192 (aka Irlo Bronson Hwy). Directly across the street is Seralago (a golf course). You can cut right through Seralago over to Oscela Parkway (with no tolls) and take Osceloa Pkwy on to Disney property. It's a fairly easy drive, and I would estimate that it's about 6 miles away (about a 10 to 15 minute drive).
