Holiday Inn at Universal or Days Inn

I'm going in august and I currently have the Holiday Inn at Universal booked for 50/night with the e-card for 2 nights. I can get the Days Inn at Universal for 35/night for 2 nights. Which do any of you reccomend? Can I walk to Universal? Is the Holiday Inn worth the money?

Never stayed in a Day's Inn and had a good time. Alway's thought they were dirty and poorly run. What can you expect for $35 per night.

You should check to make sure they have laundry facilities, if that is a service you are going to need. We went to USO last Fall and stayed nearby. We packed light and planned on washing clothes through the week. The place we stayed had no facilities and we ended up having to go to a laundromat miles away (which was hard to find). I had never heard of a hotel or motel not having laundry facilities, but I have learned to check from now on!
