We really enjoyed the Halloween decorations at the Fort while we were visiting and would love to see the Christmas ones. The kids want to stay in a cabin and see all the decorations. When is a good time to go and see them? Would prefer not the busy week between New years and Christmas, or is that the only time to see them?
THANKS! :)

We were there December 6-8 last year and most sites were decorated. Disney will have the resort decorated the day after Thanksgiving. You are picking a great time to visit!

Some years it depends on the weather. Good sun & no rain the decorations are up longer. If rain in the forecast it is best to pack them up when they are dry. You would do best to loop through the campground before Jan. 2. You will not be disappointed at anytime.

For some Halloween come down and Christmas goes up. For sure Mid Nov thru first week of Jan.

What I noticed was the campsite decorations start to come down just after new years at the camp sites. Usually as people either finish their stay is when they come down. But I also notice those staying longer seem to take them down on the Disney schedule, which starts about the 5th or 6th of January when you start to see the decorations dissapear overnight at resorts and parks.
