Holiday Card Exchange

Forgive the lateness in my posting. Life intruded in the worst possible way on the 3rd and kept me away until yesterday. No, not vacation but a fond and sad farewell..... But, life goes on and so do I.

All of my cards went out this morning. I mailed 23 of them. The postal worker said that everyone should have their cards by Friday with the exception of Ms. California, Cindy Hughes -- you should see yours by next Tuesday at the latest.

One really neat thing about being gone this entire time, all my cards from you guys were in one really big pile! What fun to open them all! By the way, -- Ken & Christina, thank you for the very much needed laugh! When I saw the reindeer's tongue stuck to the pole, all I could think of was "Christmas Story" and my own foolish run in with metal in the winter time ( I was 8, ok...)

Anyways,,, on my received list:

For some reason, my card to the Workman family showed up back in my mailbox yesterday, so---I put it in a new envelope and hopefully it goes where it needs to this time...


I have so enjoyed this exchange.. all my cards are hanging in the living room so that everyone can enjoy them!

Just in case we are not back on here before Christmas,,,,, I hope that everyone has a very Merry Christmas, and safe travels if you venture far from home.....
