Maybe this has already been mentioned, I’m sorry if it’s a repeat. I was just chatting with member services to change a name on a reservation. When we were done that the cast member said “I see you have 52 holding points. We are releasing those now. Let me put you on hold and have my manager release those points from holding for you.”
I didn’t ask for this she just brought it up herself, and now I have 52 points to use!!! She did need to “check on why they were in holding” but apparently a late cancelled reservation was on the ok list.
Just thought I would share in case others are in a similar situation. The points were in holding from a reservation we cancelled last minute back in August.
