Once you get a reservation within the 60 day period, can you cancel [if necessary?] and still have those points available for the same user year? Or, once you cancel, are those points lost? Thanks in Advance GO PSU

If you cancel a reservation with holding points, they would go back into your account but would still have the holding restrictions. They expire at the end of the use year.

Any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the start of the reservation results in the points becoming holding points. They can only be used 60 days out from the start of your trip. They must be used by the end of the use year. Whether you cancel a second or third time.
