Holly: She couldn't speak. Tears filled her eyes as she shook her head. "No," she finally said. "He was a coward. I don't care what his excuse is. They should all be helping with this fight, not hiding out while every US citizen dies. It's a terrible thing to do."

Lily: " I'm hungry," she said. Her stomach hurt.

Jane: She went to the kitchen, and came back with a pb&j sandwich.

Bass: He ran out of the chamber searching for Professor Black and bumping into Jolie. He said, "This school is in chaos, plus I have no idea where Tori is."

Chris: He finished his letters and wiped tears from his eyes, then stashed them all in his robes. He thought, If I am to die, I want everything to be safe.

Holly: "Some people think I'm crazy, and I'll admit to it. I want to be fighting with the Americans. I want to save them." It's true, she thought as she untied the last of the students. I don't want to stay here. I can't watch them die.

Ivan: He ran into Chris. "YOU!" he screamed. Then he punched Chris.

Chris: "Ow! Stop it! Ivan!"

Ivan: He punched his brother again and knocked him on to the floor as they wrestled. He said, "Jane told me that Lori was a ghost in the castle. Then I find out that you and Tori were both SPEAKING to her!"

Chris: He blocked a punch and flipped Ivan over his shoulder onto the ground before standing. He said, "Maybe I was talking to her! She told me that you wouldn't be happy to see her and I'm not going to turn our sister in to YOU!"

Ivan: Ivan winced as he hit the ground hard and stood up quickly, punching Chris in the stomach. He said, "I wouldn't be happy to see her as you know, but what's more confusing is the fact that my own brother never told me!"

Chris: "Ivan, I had no choice." he said as Ivan kicked him.

Ivan: "Chrissy, you're practically ruining her!" Ivan yelled back at his brother.
