Corbin: "I'm overturning this. Melanie wouldn't want this. You are free to go. But, you will have a daily check in with Darius and Headmistress Marcus. You will also have a spell put on you that will limit your magic usage. Anything that is harmful will be detected and reversed onto you. You are also not allowed to hold a detention without another staff member being present. You will get an empty classroom to call your own, since having you in Professor Black's room and office would be a disgrace. You sir, are a waste of a wizard. Seems to me that anyone who enjoys tormenting children has about the same amount of respect and level head ness as a common rat in the gutter. You will obey these rules or mark my word, you will lose one finger day by day. When we run out of fingers we move to toes. If we run out of toes, your ears are next, followed by your tongue. Until eventually every possibly limb on your body is broken or removed, but you will still be alive so you will suffer for all eternity. Good day you sinister piece of garbage." He disapparated.

OOC: Let me get this straight: You're letting him off the hook pretty much completely, and allowing him to go back to the place where lots of people live, work and go to school, including Corbin's adopted daughter and the other people Cian hurt there. And this sounds like a good idea?
