Gabrielle: she was a wolf, curled up on the ground in front of the fireplace in the cabin, twitching from the bad dream she was having.

Georgie: she had somehow gotten herself down to the dungeons. It would be better if she just stayed down there. She crawled into a cell and clasped the braces around her wrists so tightly they began to bleed. She then did the same to her ankles. Georgie laid amongst the chains, crying.
