Hogwarts Express to IoA for Velocicoaster at opening?

Hours are not yet out for our trip in November so I am trying to come up with a flexible touring plan for now. If we start in UO for early morning hours-is it possible to take the Hogwarts Express over to IoA at park opening for Velocicoaster and Hagrid's?
I wasn't sure how early Hogwarts Express starts running and how long the line would be for others wanting to do the same thing. We do love the quiet time for photos in Diagon Alley in the morning but will have Express passes so Velocicoaster and Hagrid's are our main focus at park opening with shorter wait times.
Would walking over be quicker than Hogwarts Express?

I would say no. Hogwarts Express doesn't start running early. The Rope Droppers at IOA will get to Hagrids and Velocicoaster well before the first train load of passengers gets there from UO
