We spent Christmas & NY 2003/4 in Orlando and spent Christmas Day at Discovery Cove and NYE shopping, relaxing around the pool then went to Wilderness Lodge for a drink before catching the boat to Fort Wilderness to the 8pm Hoop Dee Doo dinner show after which we were bussed back to WL where we wacthed the midnight fireworks from the jetty on the lake.
This year we are going back to DC for Christmas Day with dinner at Boma's in the evening. For NYE we will probably do the same as last time - a bit of shopping and relaxing. In the evening we have an ADR for Disney's Spirit of Aloha show at the Poly after which we will sit on the beach and watch the midnight fireworks well away from the massive crowd.
