Hi,

I jsut tried to redem my points, and lsot the page. I backed up and checked my page and noticed atthe bottom it said I ahd -355 and 0.00nratcash, yet i never filled anything out etc.

Anyone else had this problem?? Does the ratcash work on any other reward programs???

I'm having problems too, and they aren't answering emails. I've tried to convert 3 times and only 2 times does it show in my un-vested account as 0.00. This stinks. To top it off, I'm missing 10,000 silverclicks that were in my account yesterday!!!
