OK all here come the second day, I’m on a roll here, 2 in 2 days.
One thing to follow up on from the previous one is that we did actually get married in Florida last year and I thought I’d add in a few photo’s

Day 2 – Epcot and Animal Kingdom
This was the plan for the day, had to do the Disney parks first as we didn’t want to activate our flex ticket until a couple of days in so it would last us for the remainder of the holiday, plus it was also the end of an era as we would be using up the last days on our 10 day park hopper non expiration ticket that we bought back in 2005 :worship:.
Because of a good flight and quick movement through the airport we were able to get an early night the night before so we were both up at around 6am which allowed us to head down to the kitchen restaurant in the morning for the buffet breakfast, mmmmmm crispy bacon  and we were on the road and at the gates in time for the opening ceremony.
Managed to get on the first ride of soarin and then headed over and did test track and mission space, both of which were walk ons, then off to do spaceship earth which I now really enjoy with the improvements they made last year and it was also the first time I’ve done this ride without it stopping at any point. We decided to skip all the other rides as we’ve done them before and didn’t fancy them this time round and head over to the world showcase as it had just turned 11. Had a little stroll round and a long stop off in the Japanese shop followed by lunch at the recently refurbished nine dragons, the food was very nice I had the honey sesame chicken and Lucy went for the beef dish.

Nine Dragons

Once we’d finished up here it was time to get the bus over to Animal Kingdom and this is where the mood changed slightly, it didn’t look that busy when we pulled up and walked inside but by the time we’d made it over to Africa it began to dawn on us just how busy the park was, went over to Expedition Everest first and it was a 75 min wait with no fast passes available, then went to see what dinosaur was like and that was a 50 mins wait, ended up going to see a bugs life then heading back to the bus.
<a href="http://s669.photobucket.com/albums/vv60/dtm316/Florida%202009/?action=view&current=P1020579.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv60/dtm316/Florida%202009/P1020579.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

This did alter the plans slightly as I wanted to have dinner in the Yak and Yeti but by this time it was only 3:30 so we ended up getting the bus back to epcot and heading back to the hotel.
To make up for it we had a quick change and a dip in the hotel pool
<a href="http://s669.photobucket.com/albums/vv60/dtm316/Florida%202009/?action=view&current=P1020588.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i669.photobucket.com/albums/vv60/dtm316/Florida%202009/P1020588.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Then we dried off and changed again and wandered over to citywalk to go and have dinner at the Hard Rock Café which was as awesome as always. I went for the open steak sandwich which was excellent and Lucy went for the steak, this was followed by a few drinks by the hotel pool then an early night to prepare ourselves for the next day.

A good day by the sounds of it. Also good to see that you are happy to make changes as things happen and not try to stick to too much of a plan.
Looking forward to part 3
