History of BWV-just curious

I was just wondering whether BWV was opened at the same time as BWI or if it was an add-on to an existing resort, sort of like BCV to BC and VWL is to WL where there was a gap of several years before DVC added a DVC to an existing resort. We didn't become members until 2002, so I was just curious about the history before we joined. Thanks.

It was a joint construction project, and opened at the same time.

I believe the opening date for both was 7/1/1996.
