Historical Oct/Nov package discounts?

I know there is somewhere to view historical discounts, but for the life of me I cannot find it.

Just hoping,wishing, okay praying for some sort of package discount we can apply to our ressie in late Oct.
I wish we could have goten in on the free dining deal, but plans were already made for late Oct.

It does look like there has been a general package discount for my timeframe for the past 3 years in a row........
So, maybe,just maybe this year will have one to.
