Historic Park Hours/Crowd Levels in April - Before Easter

We are looking to go during spring break (I'm a Teacher) for the first time....Anyone who has been feeling like sharing info? We would be arriving on Sat April 5, departing Thursday April 10 with easter being Sunday the 13th. We have been during xmas time and also summers during the days before fastpass, so large crowds don't bother us, although our last trip was in October, and we walked on nearly everything so we are a little spoiled. Info about the weather would be helpful too.

Since Easter and Spring Break dates fluctuate each year, it's difficult to make determinations for specific weeks in March and April.

Sounds like you're prepared for the worst, and that's good. But it's really impossible to predict how many school districts share the same Spring Break schedule, and thus where the attendance will truly fall.

It is very hard to determine what it will be like. We were there the week before Easter this past year (we left on Saturday). I don't know if it was because Easter was so late this year but I was expecting much worse. We never had a real problem getting on anything. The longest we waited was 35 minutes for ToT. We had a fastpass for RnR so we waited for ToT. Other than that I think the longest we waited was 10 minutes for the rest of the rides. Most of the time we don't use fastpass but this past trip we did and it helped out alot.

We always had curb seating for parades(10 minutes before it started). Have fun, be prepared, and have a wonderful vacation.

April weather can be variable too. The times we have visited in spring haven't been as rainy as in October, although I still have the AK ponchos purchased after Festival of the Lion King when a downpour began. We've had weather in the 70's and also upper 80's.
