What would be the easiest way to get from the Hilton to MK.

The Hilton bus takes you to the ticket center.
 
From the Transportation & Ticket Center, where the bus from the Hilton drops you off, catch the WDW express monorail to the Magic Kingdom. Alternative: ferryboat from the TTC to the Magic Kingdom.
