Does anyone know if Hilton Head is sold out? I would like to add on pts and am debating on buying thru Disney or a resale. Thanks for any info.

You'll need to call your vacation guide. Many use years are already sold out, but there is still some availability. There is also a waitlist which may work for you.

We just did another add on at HH last Friday with an April use year. Our guide said, yes, it's sold out but they held some use years back just for add ons.

Our use was sold out when we tried to add on but we were put on a wait list, and in about 3 weeks got our points.

Our guide called a few weeks ago with a sixty point add on with the same use year as we have at Boardwalk which is December. I had called weeks earlier and talked to him asking if there was a waitlist and low and behold I now have an add on!

I did get around to calling my DVC rep today. Actually I have a new rep now. I didn't care for the replacement I was given. Anyway he said that all use years are sold out except for April and June. He told me he would put me on the waitlist and not 2 minutes later called me back and said when he checked again that there were pts available for my Mar use year and I had the pick of how many I wanted. Go figure. So hubby and I will discuss how much this will cost and we will call the rep back tomorrow with a definite answer. Hope this helps others.

The new guide did tell you there is a $10 magical beginnings credit going on now at HH, didn't he? Just want to make sure that you get all that's entitled to you, if you want to use the credit.

Yes he did and I took full advantage of it! I bought the resale as my mom has the original purchase. She and my kids are on the deed
