I have sold DVC off and on over the years.
I never closed in SC but it’s my understanding it’s a state where you need to be represented by an attorney.
I did not have a good experience with Wilson SC Law Firm, PA.
Found an error on estimated closing statement and the para also didn’t know how to disburse the funds.

I was frustrated that I had to pay them anything, but would have even been more frustrated if I didn’t know what I was doing.

As always your experience may vary but I wanted to share my experience.
I let my broker know and apparently they told me my experience would be shared with their leadership.

I have closed on 2 resale contracts and 1 direct contract at HHI.
I used someone different, but luckily did not have those issues.
