Since your sig shows you'll be there in July, I always recommend a marsh view so that you can watch the Tuesday fireworks from your balcony if you wish. Also, since that's the hottest month there, I'd suggest buildings 12 or 13 so you can utilize the covered parking (12 being the building attached to the lodge).
Buildings 14, 15, 18, & 24 have the best views of the marsh and also the fireworks.
Buildings 23-27 are the closest to the pool, but also the noisiest due to the same fact (although HHI noise is nothing compared to WDW noise). 23, 25 & 26 balconies are pool-side.
Parking is not an issue except for unloading/loading. If this is a concern, then buildings 12-16, 19, 21, 25, 28, & 30-31 are the closest to parking.
My personal favorites are 14 & 15 for the view and 13 for the covered parking without being attached to the lodge (13 is perhaps the quietest, but also the furthest from the pool).
