Hilton Head in Spring

We're thinking about HH during the Spring (Easter break). How is the weather there at that time? How about activities? As much to do there as in Summer? Is swimming feasible? Thanks!

Hi!

Although HH is not our home resort, we've been the past two years at spring break. The weather has been great for us. Both of our breaks have fallen at the end of March (one with Easter holiday, one without). I remember needing a lightweight jacket a few times the first year--but we did swim. And this past year we swam a bunch!

It's a great time to be there. Lots of fun resort activities.

The weather is a little unpredictable. We went last March and the weather was great. But I understand the week after we went it was rainy and cool. As for the activities, they are in full swing. Our 8 year old had so much fun, he wants to go back next year.
