Hilton Head Between Christmas and New Year's Day

We are going to HHI next week after Christmas. Anyone else going? Does anyone know what type of activities will be offered? We can't wait for some Disney R&R. If you going we will see you there between 12/29 and 1/02.

We will be checking in on the 26th and checking out on the 29th. This is our first stay at HH and since we just did an add-on there we are real anxious to see how the resort is. This is also our first stay in a 2BR. We plan to go into Savannah one day and just look around Hilton Head the other day. We are also going to do something we've never done at a Disney resort before - eat some meals in our unit.

I do have a question for anyone that might know - what kind of Internet connections are available at the HH resort?

Unfortunately, all you can get at the resort itself is dial-up.

Some people have gotten temporary access through Hargray (the local telephone company), but I think you have to purchase a week at a time. Others have opened a new account with AOL to get the free hours to use while there.

I haven't used it personally, but I believe that Mellow Mushroom (pizza place near Sea Pines Circle) has wi-fi.

BTW, we're arriving on December 30 and checking out on January 2. We were originally going to go for a full week, but DS's basketball schedule (games and practice) kind of changed those plans.
