Just wondering if anyone has any opinions of the Hilton Grand Vacation Club International Dr. . The rate they have for our vacation time is really low and it looks awesome so would like advice. Thanks to all.:flower3:

we are going in May, its a friends. WHile I have not been, she was there in Nov and said it was very nice. Not close to Disney but could walk to Seaworld. All reviews I have read were great.

OOPS, I think I was refering to the worng one. Sorry

We stayed there last year and loved it. It's my 8yo ds's favourite Orlando hotel ever, and he's stayed in plenty of 'em, including many on-site properties.

The bathroom was just WOW! The suite was really nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. We stayed in building 5 to be close to Premium.

Loved everything about this place, and we would be going back again if we were'nt taking my niece with us this year. She will need her own bedroom so it's WH for us :cool1:

We will be there May 15 - 22 and can't wait! We have a 2 bedroom. I look forward to hearing any reviews as well. We have stayed at Hilton Grand Seaworld and we loved it there but like to try new places when we go:)

I would love to stay there.....do you mind pm'ing me where you got the rate? We usually stay at Vistana but we have a couple of extra days to spend and I have always wanted to try HGVC.

Thanks

My family of 5 stayed here in November of 2007 and LOVED it. Very nice rooms and pool area, although we never had time for the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there last Nov and ending up buying a membership in the Hilton Grand Vacation Club. Great pool, rooms were very nice, had things for the kids (we had our grandson with us). There were shuttles to disney (I want to say about $20 on way) and had shuttles to sea world and universal (about $7 or 8$ one way). Really great place. You won't be dissapointed.

We stayed at the HGVC at Seaworld 2 years ago and loved it. The rooms were nice, clean and modern. The pool area was very nice. My kids took advantage of the many activities and participated in kids night out. We have exchanged for the International Drive location for our upcoming vacation (May) and are looking forward to it.

If you are referring to the one located across from seaworld it is very nice and well worth staying at. If you are referring to the NEW one on international drive then be ready for the best of the best! It is by far one of the BEST places you will ever stay at.

If you don't mind could you please tell me the rate you got ? Last time I saw the rates I thought they where high.
Thanks for the info.

We stayed there in a two bedroom and loved it. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I was referring to the new HGVC on International Dr. so thanks for your reply. We normally stay onsite deluxe (I am an admitted deluxe snob) but for this trip we only plan on doing 1 day at Disney so when I can get a 1 bedroom for about 1/4 the price of Yacht Club std view I'm willing to try it. Thanks:flower3:

HGVC open season rates range from about $60 studio to $290 for 3 bedroom weekly night rates. Add about $20/night for weekend. A two bedroom w/full kitchen will average about $120 to $130/night.

I just purchased 3 nights for a one bedroom for $112. If you want to just try it out, HGVC is always offering "3 night, 4 day" specials if you're willing to sit through the proverbial sales pitch.

Like I said in a previous post, we spend 6 nights there last year and were really impressed.
