I'm not going to get into the same argument I get into with some of my relatives

I'll just leave it at this: I personally called the Vital Records office in Honolulu, and their words were that
the embossed seal and registrar signature are on the back of the certificate. What you have is the front of the certificate. Then I emailed my former college roommate, who was born and raised in Hawaii, and asked him what he thought. He pulled out his birth certificate and it was identical to BO's, and he corroborated that the seal and signature are on the back. After that, I spoke to one of my colleagues about why they don't just release the back. His reply, "the people that don't believe it now, will refuse to believe it no matter what we release." So long story short, if the campaign releases the back, the same people that refuse to believe it now will simply say that this could have come from any other Hawaii Birth Certificate.
