The quote first appeared in the 2000 (I think) edition, and I was pathetically thrilled and had to rush to the bookshop to check it out for myself I then had to buy a copy, obviously, and have been surprised that it's still being included!

I'm not surprised you were so excited - I would have been if it were me!! It's in a prime position. Great quote too!

The last UG I bought was the 2001 edition, but the name stand out so much as this time - maybe because I didn't know of any Hilarys from Swansea back then!

Mind you, it's costing me a small fortune (and taking up too much room on my bookshelves) to keep buying every new edition it's in, but I'm still so pleased to see it

I wasn't sure the quote sounded quite how I'd meant it - I was remembering how I was given all sorts of advice when I was pregnant with my first DD, but naiively thought it would be easy-peasy and different for me It was only afterwards that I understood what all that advice had been trying to tell me!!

Same with our first trip to WDW

It's a classic quote, Hil and, frankly, I don't think the Unofficial Guide would be the same without it. I would certainly have to think twice about buying each new edition if they chose to drop it.
