Highly technical questions about how the boards work

Okay...

Say I make a post just before hopping on a plane from here in the Eastern Time Zone...

I fly over to the Central Time Zone and get booted up, logged on to the DIS and ready to post again, exactly one hour later.

Will I get snagged by the 60-second rule?

If not (this is the intruiging part), can I switch time zones in my profile immediately after making a post and overcome the 60 second rule?

Lastly (this is a really important question), does it take longer than 60 seconds to switch time zones in my profile?

I don't think it's possible to change your profile and post in under 60 seconds.

Hmmmm. What if you stood with one foot in one time zone and the other foot another time zone. Hold your pc over the earlier time zone, post, quick lift your leg in the early time zone and then on one leg, hold your computer in the later time zone! That might work!

Bernie... you are absolutely hillarious. And I would guess that you could post twice in 60 seconds at the time change in the spring where we spring forward since an hour has passed and that would set the server time forward an hour since user time obviously doesn't have much to do with it. I have been told that corn will crack easily by putting it under a lamp and firing questions at it. Such as "Where were you the night of Jan 5th?!" To speed up the process use the good cop bad cop technique. If that does not work intimidation always will
