High speed internet service??

Wouldn't it be great if DVC had high speed internet service? Dial up is so hard to deal with once you have been spoiled? Anyone know of any plans? Marriotts have it for 10 bucks a day.- Alos I learned about local phone numbers the last time- local is if you don't have to dial "1", otherwise the charges are astronomical!

I doubt that we'll be seeing it in DVC resorts anytime soon. Disney doesn't want you in your room on the net, they want you out spending $'s.

When I was there in March, I asked about High Speed service. they told me it was in the works, and may be in by the end of the year. I guess I will find out since I will be there at Christmas.
