High School Reunions

I went to my tenth. My Dh said it was a time and money since the only people I talked to were the same people I talk to everyday. I don`t think I will be atteding my 15th this year.

I went to my 20th reunion in 1995 but missed the 30th last year. I really only speak to one friend from high school, she was at my wedding, my kids birthdays, Communions and my dd's Sweet 16 last year so I probably won't be going to any more high school reunions.

Alot of us either stayed here or moved back and I see the people that I care to see. I went to the first and realized that I didn't care about seeing most of the others.

My 10 year was originally scheduled the weekend I was due with my second son. Then they changed it to a few weeks later. I didn't think I would be feeing up to going just after giving birth so I didn't go.

We haven't even had our very first HSR (10 year reunion) and it's been 9 years ago!!! And now, we're going into our 20 year reunion next year and still no words about it! We had a very lame school class anyways. Most of them I didn't care for. They were so loud and rowdy. Unfortunately, my parents couldn't send me to Catholic school.

I would like to see a few of my classmates (you notice I didn't say the word "friends"). I'll go there to eat, talk a little and dance the night away! But I can almost positively say that there won't be a 20 year reunion since we didn't have a 10 year, we won't have any at all.

DH & I both have reunions coming up next year & as usual we have no plans to attend. I saw the pictures online from the last reunion & as expected, it was the same group of people I would've expected to have seen and no one else. Considering I wasn't in the "in" crowd (which the attending group was). seeing the pictures more than satisfied any curiousity I might have had about them.

My 10 year is scheduled for November. It's on a Friday and I am not taking off from work for it. It's 3 hours away and I would never make it on time.

We just got ours for thanksgiving week end I think. They combine dh and my class. DH went to 2 of them. I think I went to the lst one with him, the others were when my mom died and something else. He said people were asking about me. I am writing to some old friends to see if they are interested in going, one lives in another state and I dont know about 2 more so we will have to see, I told dh I really dont want to go if no one I know is going.

Nope, the only friends I really cared about I still talk to...so, no need to attend.

I went to my 10th back in 1981.

This will be my first reunion (the 20th) at them end of the month. I have only kept in touch with 1 person from high school and we have been friends since we were 5.

I am looking forward to seeing how everyone turned out after 20 years.

I went to my 10th and my 20th which was this past July. While I had an OK time and got to see a lot of people I haven't seen in the pas t10 years there were a lot that weren't there that I would have liked to have seen.

Our reunion wasn't planned very well and they didn't do as much as they could have to try to find people and let them know about it.
