HIFS- Family Values "Plus" Package??

the latest date for the Family Values "Plus" Package is 03/11/04, we arent going til 9/25.

anyone know if they offer this quite often or a one time thing??
dont want to book our room if we can get a better deal.

HIFS is a great hotel and your boys are gonna love it!!

You may want to reconsider the "family values plus" offer though.

All guest staying at the hotel recieve the same offers of the FVP except for the $50 bonus bucks which you are paying for anyway with the inflated rate.


I checked the rates for your stay 9/25 - 10/2 (assumed you were staying 1 week) You could get a 2br king suite for $114.00/night.

The $114/nt rate includes: Kids eat free * Free shuttle to parks * Kids check in area * Free train ride, putt putt golf, shuffle bd, pingpong * Pools * parking * family fun activities at night * Your room has a mini fridge, microwave, safe etc. It is all the SAME except you pay the hotel extra money for the bonus bucks that you can only use in their hotel .

I would keep the $50 bucks in my pocket and pay the better rate. The pizza hut is not expensive there and the club car resaurant isn't either but the food is so so. If you're renting a car (recommended for this location) there a plenty of inexpensive places to eat.

You can book a room and call back to change your ressie if a better deal comes along. This is what I did and saved alot of money too. After I had the room saved they came out with a buy one night get one night free code that the hotel took when I called back. It was wonderful.

they also have where you can get a room for $99,
but you CANT cancel,
so would probably be better to do the $114 so we can cancel if a better deal comes along?? like the B1G1F..

but then if a deal doesnt, I have wasted $100 bucks! , oh decisions decisions! LOL

the bogo offer is usually during the winter months. I've never seen it offered in Sept/Oct and believe me I check all the time. Thats my favorite time to travel.

Mousesavers likes HIFS and Mary (the site owner) often has specials in her monthly newsletter that includes this hotel. I would suggest you go to www.mousesavers.com and sign up for her free monthly newsletter. Her site is wonderful and you can find all kinds of money-saving tips over there.

Do you have an Entertainment Card??

I just booked a King-Kidsuite @ $89.00/night plus tax for the end of October.

This is the best rate I ever found for the Kidsuite.

I got a $76 rate with the Entertainment Card for the end of Aug/beginning of Sept. this summer, can't wait. I also got a CinemaSuite for $86 with the Entertainment Card. Good luck!

Any Entertainment card will work so you're probably better with your area's book, BUT, call HIFS and ask for the Ent rates for your dates first to see if they are still accepting it. I called Hard Rock Hotel for a December stay and the Ent rates were already available. No point buying the book for rates that aren't available.

this will be our first trip, its not for 7 months but we are already excited , well everyone but DH, he's not so thrilled just yet, but I'm sure he'll get on board

from the places Ive checked out, I think the HIFS will work out best for us
