HIFS Entertainment Card Rate

I recently booked a five night stay at HIFS at the entertainment card rate of $86 per night for late April/early May. I have a Houston entertainment card. Is that sufficient or do I need an Orlando entertainment card for the discount? I would appreciate a response from someone who has used an entertainment card for a discount at HIFS.

I don't know for 100% certain, but I would assume any entertainment card would work. I just looked at my card, and it doesn't specify that it was from the St. Louis book.

I'm planning on using this card for my HIFS rate too, and hopefully someone will have the answer .

When I called HIFS about using my Disney Club card which has the entertainment logo on it they said that I would have to use an Entertainment card and the DIsney club card would not work. They did not specify that I had to use an entertainment card from a certain region and I doubt you can tell a card from one region a part from a card from another region anyway.

I've booked a couple different places in the past couple of years, and I never even had to show my card. You should be fine.

Just back from the HIFS (jan30-feb08) -we got a rate with the entertainment card for 73$ a night , you just can't beat that. I have an entertainment card from Montreal, Canada and brought it with me to show them but was never even asked to see it. I would still bring it just in case. By the way, once you have stayed at the hotel, they give you coupons upon checkout to give out to others as incentive (-a referral program, you get $ for referring people)- they give you coupons for a free pizza hut pizza with bread sticks and a 2 litre softdrink (the pizza hut is located in the hotel itself).
