Hidden Gem/BEST Counter Services in the parks please!!

So I have all my TS restaurants planned...but every trip we end up going to whatever CS is the closest when we are hungry in the parks and many times have been less than thrilled. I'm thinking it would be nice to somewhat plan out our CS meals this next trip....and get good food too!! Suggestions please?! The only ones that really stand out to us are Early of a Sandwhich and Seasons in the Land Pavillion.

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot

Cosmic Rays at MK

Flame Tree BBQ at AK

DHS -- Starring Rolls Cafe

DD - Earl of Sandwich

-EofS or WPE in DTD are both pretty good.
-I'd also go with Flame Tree BBQ at AK and Sunshine Seasons at EC.
-We like Columbia Harbor House in MK
-I can't help you with DHS. The only meal we usually eat there is lunch at 50's PTC.

I think Flame Tree is the best CS in all WDW.
