Thanks everyone!, we are planning for sept 24-oct 1, we are going to stay on site, and fly out out buffalo, we are thinking POP, so the free dining has already been released for our trip, we missed it, bummer, but if they offer it again before we go, can we get it added on?.
Also, i received a 40% pin, but lost the email, will they give it to me again?

I had planned our trip for March 2010 and made the reservations in Fall 2009. In the Jan 2010, I called to make reservations for an activity and I mentioned to the person that that I had received a pin but had misplaced it. I had totally forgotton that I received in the summer of 2009 (I think). At that time, we had no plans of going to DW so I threw it out.

Back to point, I was talking to the person who made our reservations for Dolphins in Depth and mentioned that I just remembered that I had received a pin code.

He transferred me to reservations and I explained my store. The gentleman was able to confirm that a pin code had been sent to us.

So, just ask if they verify as you had received a pin code but misplaced it.

Hi and Welcome
I use many parts of the board for advice. Some of the boards are so big to wade through that I use the podcast board and the Canadian board to just get responses from a smaller group of people. Also sometimes good to get a Canadian opinion like where to park or stay in Buffalo.

I can answer two of your questions. Usually if you have been sent a pin code they will have it on your file. You would have to call in and ask if there is a pin attached to your name using the email address that you received the pin code at.

If you book a room only discount it cannot just be upgraded to a package with dining room only and packages are two different booking areas at Disney. You would need to find a new package with free dining then let your other reservation go. Find out what the cancellation date is so you don't have to pay fees.

No worries about all the questions, that was just two you have about 1000 more to go before you will be done.
