We are going to Disney World in just 18 DAYS! I haven't been since 1974. I am really looking forward to spending a few days there with my parents walking down memory lane AND sharing my little girl's first time EVER!

I have made many attempts to micro plan everything. I am a planner. What can I say? I am sure it is driving my co-works, family and friends absolutly batty.

Here I can talk and talk and type and type to my hearts content about all things Disney...and all of you don't think I am crazy. Well, ok I am crazy but it is the Disney fever that makes me this way

It was a little better today. We stayed @ MK til 2am last night so we didn't feel like doing anything today. So we had another little cookout by the quiet pool. People were a little less snobby today.

Love your icon. Makes me think of my daughter's birthday party we just had a 2 weeks ago. It was an Asian tea party. Had kimonos made for each of her guests, invitations were given out in gift boxed fans, we had an oriental feast, decorated "goodie bags" which were pink plastic Chinese take out boxes and made tissue flowers.

Best at home birthday party ever for us!

Here is a link to an on line store that has great items. Parasols...not paper but nylon (better on wear and tear, lasts longer) for only $3.50 each! Paper fans for $1 each (get white if you want to use your own invitation stamp or they can be printed at an extra cost). Lanterns and just about anything you can think of! Oh hind sight is always 20/20 I would have purchased the summer kimonos rather than make them I think they are called yutikas or something that begins with a Y. It is the same as a Kimono but not lined. www.asianideas.com. Not everything is inexpensive on this site but I did realize, after the fact, that shopping around, driving around and all of that was just not worth it. Also, Target sells Teaposy on line (not in stores), but Linens and Things had them in the stores (after driving through many cities to tea specialty shops) I found this out.

Hey has anyone heard from HelenePA?? She's been MIA for weeks. I read on another thread that she made a reference to her dad passing away - but I don't know if it was recently or in the past. Hoping all is well with her. LOTS of oldies but goodies MIA lately - I guess the weather gets nice & everyone gets off the computer & heads outdoors! Helene!! Jessamy!! Fern!! Tracie!! Penny!! You-know-who-you-are-from-Orefield-that-I-met-at-work-but-I-can't-remember-your-name!!!

Hey Everyone! Welcome to all the new people. We have been busy with baseball, and I'm trying my hand at scrapbooking (Bought a cricut), I'm making DH a father's day card, I think I'm almost done. I'm also working on Fish Extender gifts for the repo in August.

The weather today was so nice we went to DS tournament day at school and went for a nice ride

She's popped in on a couple of threads I've read in the last couple of days. I think her dad just passed away last week from what she said.

We'll be in to visit you again one of these days Tara . DS had a cold this week so I didn't want to spread the germs. I just wish Fresh Market was closer to YC so we could bop in when I go for my dark chocolate covered pretzel fix! Have you finished your Disney pretzels yet ?

DS and I have season passes to Dorney Park if anyone wants to do a meet there.
