Hey Linda, I love that idea. I talked with the manager on Thursday, and she said they should be at 50% around Memorial Day. Also, the employees are really getting scre*ed.... I feel bad for them.

I was thinking of heading over there today (Sunday). They gave me a coupon for today that's an additional 20% off your entire purchase. Thought I'd just go "look". I did see a cute pair of Tinkerbell PJs -- for me, not my nieces! I might wait for anything else since it's going 50% near Memorial Day. Thanks for the heads up!

the trip was great... Aunt really did very well esp'ly with the 3 moutains.. for some who turned 60 she did AWESOME... but we did not brave the EE and TOT anymore.. since by the time we finished Space Mtn she was turning blue But she did enjoy the new TSM!!!

Anybody wanna go back to the Promise Land on June 7,8,9 ... SWA has the $49 1/W PHL to MCO

I turned 60 on the 10th and my friends threw me a wonderful party. I was on pain killers for most of the day so it was a beautiful day.

Hi all PAers, so very glad to find another PA thread. We had another pretty good one going on the board & it got moved over here to the Community Board (we ended up talking a little to much HOCKEY. Well- with the Pens & Flyers --it doesn't get much better than that. Glad to see this one is going so strong, I was feeling a little lonely

Hey guys. So I'm officially moving to PA for school, and my parents are considering moving there also. One thing is though, my older sister has severe autism. She doesn't talk, but she can use the bathroom, etc. and knows a little sign language.

Thing is, she was getting to hard to handle when I was 11, and was put into a group home. Now she isn't "locked away" she comes home on Sundays, holidays, and for hurricanes. If my parents move up there, we definitely want her to come with us!

So my question is this: Does anyone know of any group homes in an area of PA that isn't that expensive to live in? I found McGuire Ministries, but we are looking for options....

OMG I'm so excited - guess what shipped out? My case of Chip & Dale Snack Company Mickey-shaped pretzels! I'm so addicted to them so I emailed WDW Merchandising & ordered a case. I was nervous because everyone on the DIS said no way, they never ship food or snacks, so I was bummed. But I got a confirmation email that they shipped & my CC was charged today - so it looks like they're on their way to PA from FL! Woo Hoo! Anyone want to come share some?

There are many group homes in PA, but there is also a very, very long waiting list for people to get into them. Your sister should be very careful about moving to PA unless an opening is found for her.

Ok.. it is now 1:30Am and I juast finished my last Mickey mouse ears rice krispie treat covered with choclate.. why does the rice krispies from the Promised land taste better than what I make here at home ... Why?? why ?? can someone tell me why ??? Hmmmm anybody ?? Ok..Ok.. can you tell how much sugat in those !!! can you.. can you ?? coz I cant.. I cant...

Seriously - we live in the heart of pretzel country, and Chip & Dale Snack Company is probably secretly owned by Snyders or Utz - so they most likely aren't better than any pretzel we could get around here. But they just ARE better! And at $40 a case they better darn well be!

Linda - you asked how long it will take me to eat them - I'm guessing they will be gone by the 4th of July. I am a pretzel hog - eat them every single day. I got back on a Wednesday night from Disney with 2 big bags of them. They were both gone by Saturday evening. So at 1.5 days per bag - geez they may be gone by Father's Day!
