Tara where exactly do you work. Could take a road trip sometime. I would bring along Princess Always if she would like to. DH is away this weekend, so possibly could be up for a road trip, but will see.

I work at Yankee Candle at The Promenade Shoppes at Center Valley which is right between Allentown & Bethlehem, right off of I78 & Rt 309. It's a new "lifestyle center" as they call it - upscale shopping & dining but all outside entrances, not enclosed like a mall. So if it's raining, cold or windy you don't want to spend the day there! From Reading you'd head up 222 towards Allentown & hop on I78 east for 4 exits, get off onto Rt 309 south & it's the 1st stop light. Have you taken the brand new Rt.
222/Hamilton Blvd bypass? OMG it's like lightning fast. What used to take 30 min. now takes 5. It's incredible! You can get from Breinigsville (just after Kutztown but before Trexlertown) to I78 in 5 min. now.

I think I'd faint if I saw you guys come in the store! I've already met Tracy (schatz5K), Pam (Pam where are you???) and Jessamy (GraysMom) at work. I know, no one really comes to see me, who can resist a Yankee Candle store?!?

Ok, this is so freaking hilarious - ok only to me, I guess you have to be here.....anyway....remember awhile back, I asked HelenePA & minechuchie if they knew an old college friend of DH's who was from Shenandoah? We haven't thought about him since they day they graduated in '92 until I asked about him on here about 3 weeks ago. Well tonight we're watching My Big Redneck Wedding on CMT & the redneck guy - looks JUST LIKE the guy we knew from Shendo!!! DH says "Oh my God he looks like Woody" and I busted up, I knew exactly who he meant! So you Shendo gals - if you get a chance to see Redneck Weddings on CMT check out the epsiode where he pees "Will U Marry Me" on the road as the proposal, then they make a beer can arch, the bride looses her teeth before the ceremony (and her MIL says she can borrow hers). This is the most hilarious episode I've ever seen. He writes his vows to his bride - "I love you so much I want to put yer love in a locket, 'cause yer as hot as a Hot Pocket. We did it in the truck, we did in at the zoo, I'll do it anywhere as long as it's witch you." Yes he pronounced it witch instead of with. It's on CMT now...9:30.....

Tara I saw some of that episode....I had to stop watchin' it . It was freaking me to see people act so "strange" . I'll have to look to see if he looks like the room mate.

How 'bout Bill being in the G-ville parade. Guess where I am going tomorrow? You got it. We got an invite, and have never been soooooo we are going just to see Bill. My sister said how often does a former president come to our area, let's go. I'm game. It is going to be a zoo. I'll let you know how it goes.

I'll have to try and catch this episode when it reruns-sounds like a hoot.

Hopefully it will get warmer soon so we can stop by and say hello again.

I'm home and Pregnant. No ultrasound we did hear the baby's heartbeat, he found him/her very quickly I guess that's a good sign. Then I stopped at boscovs and bought maternity clothes 12 weeks and in maternity clothes I'm gonna be HUGE this time around!

I work tomorrow from 3-9:30. I'm off on Sunday. I do get a 1/2 hour break as long as it's before 7pm (the other manager leaves at 7, if there's only 1 manager on duty we can't leave the store). So I could meet quickly for a bite to eat or Starbucks (I'm right across from Starbucks!)

DH and I watched that one...he was making fun of me for watching and then he got hooked too. I even gave him a Hot Pocket for Valentine's day as a joke.

I know, I've never seen something that funny on TV - or laughed so hard! Everyone, you've gotta see this. It's John & Gail, and you can find the episode om CMT.com to see when it's on next. My brother & his family were over once when it was on & we were crying we were laughing so hard. I'll NEVER look at a Hot Pocket the same way agian (or a claw toy machine!)

Man about an hour ago up here in frackville I hear alot of lights and sirens and stuff which I thought was funny since our truck didn't get called out (I live right infront of the altamont firehouse if your ever at the block party let me know!) I wonder if they were out to greet Bill? Dh had work at lowes today or I might have braved going to the parade. It was pretty windy out though!

Now I have helicopters buzzing around the area wasn't he supposed to be gone out of the area by now? at speaking at some college?? unless its life flight seems we are in their path

Helene, I don't know if that was him, we saw him at 11:50am. I think he was leaving G-ville and going to Williamsport. But you never know. We were going and then just didn't want to deal with the crowds. We are going down to Jim Thorpe to eat tonight I think the place is called Pamentos. {I do not think I am spelling that right.} Have you ever heard of it? Terri

I think the closest area they are going to be in is Wilkes Barre. I have never been to any of these events either. I have no interest. I pretty much make up my mind about everyone by reading as much as I can.

Hillary was at my alma mater, Millersville, one night. My MIL went and I considered it even though I lean toward Obama myself. I'd be interested in hearing her speak.

Bill was in Allentown a few nights later. At Muhlenberg maybe, I forget.

Now I am waiting to see if Obama comes around, but I haven't heard anything.

I am sure Obama will be coming also as the push towards the PA primary is big and big stakes for both. I don't picture myself ever attending these though, as I am not a fan of being up close and personal smack in the middle of a bunch of people who are taller than me (not a tough thing to be). If I hear anything though I will keep you posted. DH came home from hunting camp today up close to the NY border and they had a dusting of snow. They can keep it up there.
