Hillary was at my alma mater, Millersville, one night. My MIL went and I considered it even though I lean toward Obama myself. I'd be interested in hearing her speak.

Bill was in Allentown a few nights later. At Muhlenberg maybe, I forget.

Now I am waiting to see if Obama comes around, but I haven't heard anything.

Chelsea Clinton spoke at Lehigh Valley Hospital last week and I think I read in today's Morning Call that Obama will be in the valley this week too.

I finally saw an Obama commercial during the race today. First one I've ever seen. Of course it could be he's not running them on the stations I usually have on.. ya know noggin, Nic, sprout...

Tioga, we get up occasional when it isn't hunting season. Perhaps we could hook up sometime. I don't know how far apart the counties are though.

Well hello fellow alumn! I gotta get back there one day to walk down memory lane, I know a lot has changed (The SMAC - OMG, there is a fitness center there now. We used to just sit there shoveling down cheese fries and packing on the pounds! )

Yesterday I was on the "Obama" thread asking everyone to let me know if they hear of any appearances in the Allentown/Reading area. As I was typing that, he was making appearances in BOTH Allentown AND Reading. I probably passed him driving home from work! Oh well, I would just love to hear him speak in person someday.

It's amazing how much MU has changed now, especially when it didn't seem to change much at all the 4 years I was there (although they did redo part of the SMAC while I was there).

Sorry you missed Obama yesterday. I'm sure he'll be back around before the primaries.

Obama was at Muhlenburg yesterday, I thought I had read where he and Hillary crossed paths. I was up at the Lehigh Valley Mall last evening, maybe their visit explains all the traffic I hit at 7pm. I think it is going to be along 3 weeks. I gotta say, I haven't seen to many Hillary commercials, but I've seen a fair share of Obama's.

I opened the Reading paper this morning & saw that Obama was in downtown Reading yesterday during an "unscheduled" stop. Can't imagine that with security, deadlines, etc, that anything is really "unscheduled"!! It stated that he was here long enough to greet people, shake hands, have pictures taken & stop into his local headquarters to talk with staff.

It is kind of funny isn't it. C'mon, I'm thinking he didn't just show up at the VF outlet cause he need a new tie. I don't think he was at the outlets, just saying that as a point of the non-spontanity of it all. Maybe he needed gas in the car and the unexpected stop was at the WAWA on broadcasting Rd.

I'd like to see either one of them stop by the "big" Cressona mall. LOL. This would be a great backdrop for our failing economy!.

Do you think they read these boards like Disney does????

I am sure she would wear Lee Jeans if it meant an endorsement, same for Obama. I can't imagine any actual candidates coming to Reading, PA. They send others, however Bill Clinton came here. Go figure.

Hey Good luck Tara! I had that done last year. The prep is the worst part. The thought of drinking that stuff still makes me gag! The actual procedure is a piece of cake!

Hey Tara, I had my colonoscopy two weeks ago and Tuesday had an upper endoscopy. No prep for that one. Which flavor packet did you use for the colonoscopy prep. I went with the orange as I felt the others would be sickening. Hope all goes well. I am good for ten years with the colonscopy but probably will have to have more frequent upper endoscopies. Take care and get DH to take you out to eat after procedure. I went out for breakfast with my mom. It was nice after the procedure.
